Our fund’s management and daily operations are based on strong governance standards – with external custody of investor assets, third-party fund reporting and administration, strong compliance practices, documented policies, and operational checks and balances. The fund has licenses which require it to be regulated by atleast two national regulators.
The Fund’s economic interests are directly aligned with that of our investee companies. Our investment returns are squarely linked to our investee companies’ prosperity and growth after we invest.
Our investment agreements are unambiguous and comply with regulatory standards in countries where we have or will have footprints. Transactions and cash flows are processed through regulated banks and exchanges, accompanied by third-party oversight – including security trustees, custody banks, audit firms and law firms. We are a well regulated fund and operate with high standards, both operationally and reputationally, governed via internal policies governing all aspects of fund management.
